Acquisition of the Membership

Pre-requisites to become an ordinary member of the Society are the status as boardcertified physician or resident together with the awarded title „European Fellow of Wound Healing“. The request to become an ordinary member goes to the Board of the Society, which decides by a basic majority. In justified cases of doubt, the general assembly of the Society decides
Pre-requisites to become a corresponding member of the society are the status as board-certified physician, or resident, who live in the geographical area of activity of the Society and verifiably work there in the medical field of wound healing. Supporting members are persons of any qualification or companies who and which contribute via increased membership dues and/or any other kind of donation or sponsorship to the support of the Society. The request to become a supporting member goes to the Board of the Society, which decides by a basic majority. In justified cases of doubt, the general assembly of the Society decides
Honorary members are persons of special clinical or scientific importance or persons, who contributed in an extraordinary positive way to the Society. They are supposed to have a qualification in any field of medicine. The request to become an honorary member goes from the Board of the Society to the general assembly, which then decides by a basic majority. The certificate of election is provided to the honorary members in a dignified way
